Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of targeted advertising strategies: Creation of effective campaigns aimed at the target audience, taking into account the features of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Snapchat, as well as specialized in promoting mobile applications.

• Market and Competitive Analysis: Conducting research to identify trends in social media and advertising platforms, as well as competitor analysis with a focus on mobile applications. Search for new channels of attraction.

• Optimization of advertising budgets: Development of strategies for optimal allocation of funds, cost-effectiveness analysis.

• Creation of advertising materials: Statement and coordination of technical specifications with designers and copywriters.

• Campaign management on the Xiaomi Ads and Petal Ads platforms: Optimization of advertising campaigns, analysis of results and making adjustments.

• Working with Twitter and Snapchat: Creating and optimizing advertising campaigns on Twitter and Snapchat.

• A/B testing: Conducting a large number of A/B tests to identify new growth areas and optimize advertising strategies.

• Reporting on all PPC channels: Active participation in the compilation and analysis of reporting on the results of advertising campaigns on various platforms.

Requirements:

• Experience with targeted advertising on social networks: At least 2 years of experience in independently setting up targeted advertising, successful cases of working with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tiktok and Snapchat.

• Knowledge of advertising platforms: Understanding of the principles of functioning and optimization of advertising campaigns on the Xiaomi Ads, Petal Ads platforms.

• Analytical Skills: Ability to conduct market analysis, assess competitiveness and optimize advertising budgets.

• Experience in creative creation: Ability to create attractive and original advertising materials.

• Experience with mobile applications: Knowledge of the features of promoting mobile applications through social networks and advertising platforms.

• Communication Skills: Willingness to interact with the team and provide detailed progress reports.

• Remote work experience: Ability to effectively organize work processes remotely.

• Mandatory Daily Sync Calls: Willingness to conduct daily half-hour meetings in the evening.

• Fluent English is a plus.
