Head of Analytics department
Hello, Brazy is looking for a Head of the Analytics department for our products in the eSports industry.

Location: all over the world.
Current team: 5 Analysts.
Tasks description:
- Organization of the data convergence verification process (backend/web analytics / BI).
- Creation of a custom multi-channel attribution model.
- Organization of the process of sending data to the cloud (ClickHouse / Big query) with subsequent analysis of the collected data.
- Search for micro-conversions.
- Sending conversions to web analytics.
- Support for the Marketing CRM project.
- Building reports for the entire sales funnel.
Responsibilities:
- Creating regular and ad hoc reporting for company departments (dashboards in Power BI).
- Organizing the regular reporting process.
- Searching for business growth and proposing hypotheses for increasing conversion.
- Building processes for collecting, cleaning, and enriching data.
- Setting tasks and KPIs for the analytical department.
- Distributing tasks, and monitoring the fulfillment of task deadlines and their assessment in Jira (according to the Scrum methodology).
- Description of all reports in Confluence.
Requirements:
- Higher mathematical education.
- Commercial work experience - 5+ years.
- Experience in such technologies as ClickHouse / Big Query / Power BI / Google Analytics / GTM / Jira / Confluence.
- Knowledge of SQL / Python.
- Experience in team management.
- Data expertise.
- Analytical thinking.
- Ability to visualize data.
- English - Intermediate.
