As a UX or Graphical Designer, the primary responsibility would be to design and create user interfaces and graphic compositions (like presentations, case-studies, etc.) that are intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing.
This would involve collaborating with other members of the development team, including software developers and project managers, to gather requirements, brainstorm design ideas, and create mockups and prototypes.
Your Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes;
- Design & Test UI elements;
- Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions;
- Optimize existing user interface designs;
- Communicate with our internal Project Management team to understand business goals and objectives;
- Analyze user feedback and activity, and iterate to enhance the user experience;
- Provide advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and test activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior;
- Create, contribute to and manage design systems.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Strong visual design skills and ability to create a design for web and mobile application
- A diverse portfolio of digital products that you have independently designed.
- Knowledge of user research, UX and UI trend and usability testing methodologies
- Proficient with visual design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Adobe XD/Sketch/Axure/ Balsamiq or others
- Self-motivation and shared responsibility for team success
- Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently
