Responsibilities:

  • PPC Strategy Development: Creating a plan for ad campaigns, selectingplatforms, and choosing ad formats.
  • Campaign Audit: Analyzing current PPC campaigns to identify issues and areasfor improvement.
  • Campaign development: Develop, execute & optimize PPC campaigns acrossmultiple platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Content: Create compelling ad copy and design strategies for display, search,and video ads.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify newopportunities and trends.
  • Monitor the latest PPC trends and best practices to ensure our strategiesremain competitive and compliant with platform policies.
  • Budget Management: Optimizing advertising expenses to achieve maximumeffectiveness with minimum costs.
  • A/B Testing: Conducting experiments with different ad and landing pagevariations to determine the most effective options.
  • Remarketing and Retargeting: Creating ad campaigns aimed at bringing backvisitors who have already interacted with the site.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Providing regular reports on campaign results withrecommendations for improvement.

  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining a clear sense ofpriorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to develop, implement, and execute successful PPC campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in PPC campaign management, preferably in aB2B or technology environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta, LinkedIn Ads, and other PPCplatforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and campaignoptimization.
  • Excellent written communication skills for creating ad copy and performancereports.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, keyword research tools, and remarketing strategies.
  • Certification in Google Ads and/or Bing Ads is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and meet deadlinesin a fast-paced environment.
  • English, Ukrainian is a must.

Working conditions:

  • Vacation: 22 working days per year.
  • Sick leave: 5 paid days per year.
  • Sick lists: 100% paid with medical certificate up to 10 days per year.
