Safety Assistant
Load N Go Inc is are seeking organized Log Book Safety Assistant to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including editing bills of lading, managing PDFs, tracking fuel expenses, and other logistics-related accounting duties. This role ensures that all documentation is properly processed, stored, and accessible for business operations and compliance.
Requirements: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic understanding of logistics safety documentation and accounting principles.
Experience working in US logistics
Ability to work independently
High energy level
Multi-tasking
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite — Word, Excel
Fluently speak, read, and write in English
Responsibilities:
1. Bill of Lading Management:
- Review, edit, and finalize bills of lading for accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Ensure timely submission and storage of all shipping documents.
2. PDF Record Management:
- Maintain and organize digital records in PDF format.
3. Fuel Expense Tracking:
- Monitor and record fuel expenses for company vehicles and drivers.
- Reconcile fuel receipts with expenses to ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Prepare weekly and monthly fuel expense reports for management.
4. Bill Management:
- Track logistics-related expenses.
Reconcile and submit all bills for approval and payment promptly. Schedule: Monday — Friday 8 am — 5 pm CST
