We are looking for
Junior Loss Prevention Coordinator Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and building vision for loss prevention function for assigned region
- Cooperating and reporting to a central office and management in Poland
- Identifying and assessing risk categories in the areas of the stores
- Developing internal audit standards, audit techniques and practices
- Ensuring proper functioning of the internal control systems
- Creating and implementing internal loss prevention procedures
- Performing audits / monitoring compliance with safety policies and procedures in stores
- Monitoring the implementation of recommendations from audits
- Conducting trainings on the existing rules, procedures and methodologies in loss prevention
- Supervising safety technology (eg. CCTV)
On the role we appreciate
- Ready to frequent business trip
- Driver’s license (category B)
- Experience in Loss Prevention, preferably in retail
- Ease of communication, openness to people
- Creative, out of the box thinking and strong analytical skills
- English language at Intermediate level (B1)
- Proactive attitude in multi-level problem solving
- Experience in working on a managerial position in the store will be an advanta
