Mamma Mia Covers LLC is looking for a Market Research Manager to join our team. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Growth Marketing Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the strategic growth initiatives of our e-commerce project, optimizing marketing campaigns, and identifying new expansion opportunities.
What's important for us: more than 1 year of experience in e-commerce projects; B1+ English; understanding of marketing strategy & metrics; And of course, readiness to open new areas and markets.

Required skills:
- At least 1 year of experience in research management and analysis, preferably at an international company or at a local/international research agency.
- Strong analytical skills: Ability to analyze the market in-depth and draw practical conclusions; and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to present research findings clearly and concisely.
- Proactivity, and strong passion for problem-solving, market research, and data analysis.
- Strong communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with various stakeholders.
- Ability to learn quickly, multi-task, and excellent time management.
- English language level B1 or higher.
What tasks to work with:
- Research and Discover New Products: Identify and explore new product opportunities to grow the company’s catalog. This includes analyzing consumer needs and potential niches to introduce new products.
- Monitor Market Developments: Keep track of market changes and developments.
- Conduct Comprehensive Market Research: Perform detailed market research to uncover emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitive opportunities.
- Present Research Findings: Structure and present your findings clearly and effectively.
- Search for Growth Points: Identify and analyze new opportunities for strategic development and business expansion.
- Competitor Analysis: Study the competitive landscape to identify the strengths and weaknesses of competitors and opportunities to improve strategies.
- Improve Return Rates on Existing Products: Analyze and improve the return rates of our existing SKUs to enhance profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Source New Manufacturers: Research and establish connections with potential manufacturers for new product launches.
