ING Bank Ukraine is looking for a candidate for the role of Information Security Leading Specialist (with banking background)
Job purpose:
The role is accountable for advice, awareness, implementation and monitoring of all the activities related to the Bank's information security protection
Main task & responsibilities:
- Development and maintenance of operational procedures and documentation necessary to implement and ensure the Bank's information security.
- Monitoring the implementation of measures to ensure information security at all stages of the life cycle of the Bank's information systems.
- Implementation and support of the cyber incident management process as a component of the Bank's information security incident management process and reporting to the National Bank of Ukraine in accordance with legislative requirements.
- Monitoring compliance with the Bank's information security requirements when interacting with third parties that provide services to the Bank.
- Performing the functions of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) Information Security Administrator.
- Management of access control of the Bank's information resources.
- Participation in the NBU information security audits, internal and external audits.
- Interaction with law enforcement agencies and other state bodies of Ukraine, relevant departments of the NBU, banks, banking associations on information security management issues.
Specific knowledge:
- Knowledge of Ukrainian legislation on banking sphere
- Knowledge of NBU regulating information security and cyber protection issues.
- International information security standards (NIST, ISO/IEC 27000).
- Technologies for banking transactions.
Qualifications, experience requirements:
- Degree in a technical or economic field
- 2+ years relevant work experience in the banking system and information security.
- Strong understanding of security frameworks, policies, and best practices.
- Knowledge in information security, risk management or compliance areas.
- Upper-Intermediate English
