Partner Performance Supervisor

You will:
Develop and oversee relationships with Partners performing alongside Account Managers to ensure top level service provided to the clients
Perform analysis to come up with insights to help improve partners performance / decrease preparation time, acceptance time, waiting time and bad rating in the country
Bring important insights from the local operations (partners, customers and glovers) and cooperate with relevant stakeholder to drive important changes which can make operations more efficient
Collect mandatory information to analyze Partner issues
Work alongside and communicate effectively with all other teams involved
Proactive Issue Management: Stay vigilant and proactive in identifying any potential delays or issues that might arise. Timely alert the Partner Operations Team and collaborate on swift solutions to uphold the efficiency of our partnerships.

Problem-solving skills: no problem is too small or too big
Google Spreadsheets/Excel proficiency
