Master Plan (level 5) development for all civil works (roads, foundations construction), substation construction and installation of WTG’s including commissioning activity. Daily progress, manpower recourses avalability monitoring on construction site. Weekly, Monthly Progress reports preparation, progress percent complete calculation. Critical path of schedule analysis.Corrective action preparation in case of progress delay.

Project - supervision of new equipment installation for Threading Line, Quality Control Line and Heat Treatment Line of Pipes at Vyksa Pipe Works Shop.Progress monitoring according baseline schedule during the erection and commissioning process. Daily progress, manpower recourses avalability monitoring on construction site. Daily, Weekly Progress reports preparation, progress percent complete calculation. Corrective action preparation togather with Client in case of progress delay.

Project – site preparation and LFCC2,3 construction.Brownfield construction, engineering networks, operations facilities relocation. New LFCC2 and LFCC3 construction.Development and approval of WBS and schedules with contractors, Master Schedule development. Progress monitoring according baseline schedule. Daily progress, manpower recourses avalability monitoring on construction site, holding daily meetings with the contractors. Daily, Weekly Progress reports preparation, progress percent complete calculation. Corrective action preparation in case of progress delay.

West Qurna 2 Project, Gas Treatment Plant EPC.

Duties consist of development and update of Project Master Schedules. Interact with master planning department for schedule update matters. Detect schedule critical paths. Interact with team on schedule critical paths. Update of Project Weekly / Monthly Reports. Report on schedule deviations from baselines. Follow up of work performed by contractor as per approved procedures / contract. Review / record of instructions / changes (schedule impacts) associated to work performed by contractor. Review of contractor's status reports. Monitoring of progress in line with the project calendar. Review of contractor Planning Packages / baseline plans. Ensure contractor is not deviating from approved baseline plans.

Kharyaga Phase III Development Project

Duties consisted preparation of Primavera construction schedules for pipelines, OHL and surface facilities, control of construction progress at daily basis and Daily, Weekly Progress Reports preparation.

Mekhedivske-Sviridivske & Golotovschinske Gas field development.

Responsible for the preparation of Gas Field Development Plan, progress control on weekly basis, critical path analysis etc.

Responsible for Planning and Progress Reporting of assets readiness to operate and commission Sakhalin 2 Oil & Gas Project.

My primary responsibility is the preparation of MS Project or Primavera Schedules analysing progress and critical path, which shows in our Monthly Management Reports.

Responsible for all Planning and Progress Reporting for the Sakhalin 1 Phase 1 Development Project, Pipeline.

Duties include directly supervising an "Offshore" Planner based in Tokyo, and an "Onshore" Planner based at site.

My primary responsibility is the preparation of Primavera Schedules which "roll up" progress into our Weekly and Monthly Management Reports.

The Project consists of the construction of 228 km of 24" On/Offshore pipeline with associated Valve Stations and Pig Launcher/Receiver facilities on Sakhalin Island, across Tatar Strait, and on the Russian Mainland, plus a 12 km flowline section of 24" and 36" lines.
