Creation and developing logistics and procurement department, warehouse processes implementation, setting up supply chain. Defining the logistics strategy of the enterprise, ensuring optimal decision making on the selection on a long-term basis of suppliers of raw materials, semi-finished products, components, warehousing and transportation.

Duties:

• Management of the Logistics Team to ensure the high quality of all Sales and Order Processes.
• Providing excellent Sales Support with the entire team (Preproduction, Production, Finance Department, Commercial Department).
• Logistics and Customs Clearance process control.
• Forming of budget on logistics, analyzing and managing of logistics costs.
• Providing inventory control measures.
• Organizing and coordinating the company's logistic and warehousing processes.
• Providing analysis, planning, organization, coordination and management (including organization of control of the fulfilment) of the enterprise's logistic processes.
• Controlling the correctness and timeliness of the fulfilment of the tasks set up to the employees of the department.
• Ensuring that the row materials are received on time and available for continuous production.
• Negotiating contracts, policies, deadlines with suppliers and customers.
• Developing, implementing and supporting strategic cost savings initiatives in the supply chain.

• Directing and managing all logistic staff and subordinates.
• Effectively and proactively managing the distribution center, to ensure that accurate and prompt deliveries were made to both internal and external customers.
• Visiting customers to build relationships and identify their key needs.
• Negotiating with local, national and international freight forwarders and couriers.
• Managing and keeping costs down within the supply chain.
• Reviewing the performance of the supply chain and identifying areas that can be improved.
• Negotiating contracts to reduce costs and achieve maximum efficiency.
• Reporting on KPI's.
• Managing unhealthy and slow moving stock.
• Developing annual plans for the supply chain department.
• Ensuring the personal safety and safe working environment of staff.
• Involved in the hiring, training, supervising and mentoring of supply chain staff.

• Communication and correspondence with all suppliers (France, Hungary, Sweden, USA, Australia, Germany, Poland, Turkey etc)
• Purchase orders placement by all suppliers (around 10 000 lines per month)
• Follow-up of all purchase orders on day-to-day basis to reach quality of service performance (on time delivery time by order lines)
• Customs regulation
• Communication and correspondence with the customers (goods on the way and their expected arrival, balance of payment, changes in the orders made, complaints and their solutions)
• Purchasing and supplies monitoring with the purpose of logistic cycle reduction
• Management and control of the direct subordinates
