1) More than 20 years of relevant experience in the Electroplating / Metal finishing field with all kinds of common metals ( Zinc, Nickel, Copper, Brass, Decorative and hard chromium, Zinc alloys, tin Alloys, Bronze...etc) and precious metals ( Gold, Silver, Rhodium, Ruthenium, Platinum...etc). Add to this a complete mastery of the POP processes ( Plating on plastics such as ABS, ABS-PC) and chemical conversions coatings on aluminium (anodizing, chromating, Zirconium-based Chromium-free conversion...) and steel or zinc coated steel such as iron and zinc phosphating. Besides, a good knowledge of the manual polishing and vibratory finishing on all kinds of substrates. In brief, a complete mastery in launching and managing all Electroplating / Metal finishing plants and powder coatings systems.

2) More than 2 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry (assembling pick-ups from CKD sets) as a quality control manager. Knowledge of basic quality tools : Lean manufacturing, Six sigma, 5S, Kaizen, Kanban, Poka Yoke, FMEA, Control plan

Knowledge of basic methods for solving quality problems : 8D, Ishikawa, 5 Whys...
