- Marketing strategy: preparing long-term and short-term brand marketing strategy for business units.
Preparing in cooperation with sales departments marketing activities plan in accordance with marketing strategy for each business unit and implementation control.
- Communication and cooperation with partners’ marketing departments (national retail, national online, resellers), control of compliance with the marketing plan by partners.
- Developing and implementing marketing campaigns, analyzing marketing campaigns efficiency.
- Preparing marketing budget based on Marketing Plan (with split by each business unit/channel/partner); controling marketing budget allocation and analyzing efficiency.
- Establishing and managing business marketing processes. Regular checking of efficiency of businessprocesses, correction if necessary.- Analyzing market “pain points” (problems) for each business unit (SOHO, ENBU, ISP) with further solutions proposals, monitoring and analyzing competitors’ marketing activities; analyzing treats and possible impact to TP-Link business from competitors’ activities.
- Organization of the development and key participation in the improvement of the Partner Portal; preparing, maintaining and managing marketing information available on Partner Portal; establishing and maintaining educational function.
- Social media management;
- Company local websites content management:
Keeping up-to date (general information, current model range, news, events, etc.); - Provision and organization of translations (product description, technology description,F.A.Q.) and adding them to the site;
