Yamal LNG Project

YAMAL LNG is an integrated project encompassing natural gas production, liquefaction and shipping. The Project consists of construction of a liquefied natural gas (LNG) plant with an output capacity of around 16.5 million tons per year, using the South Tambey Field as a resource base. The field’s proven and probable reserves, by PRMS standards, are estimated at 926 billion cubic meters. Extensive transportation infrastructure is being built in the scope of the Project, including a sea port and the Sabetta Airport.The entire project is expected to cost approximately $27bn.

Responsibilities includes co-ordination from E.P.C. bid preparation, including preliminary engineering designs, participation in pre bid and post bid negotionations, appointing engineering consultants, for detailed design engineering, technical specifications, for all the equipments.The main responsibilities include providing planning, leadership, direction and technical expertise in managing the timely procurement of materials, equipment / plant and labour resources, delivery to site and construction of the sub contract work packagesDevelop and manage the plans, budgets, Effective internal/ external stakeholder management.Ensure the project Quality, Risk Assessments, safety assurance and HSE management throughout the project (adhere ZERO policy).Manage, coordinate and supervise the construction process from the conceptual development stage through final construction and handover to Completions on a timely and economical basis.
