Performing of full-cycle of main chemical project "Doubling the production capacity and better surface quality of U-PVC profiles with new high-tech moulding technology and correct choice of design (Longitude/Diameter of screws and material barrel) of main extruder and co-extruder, energy efficiency technology for such types of thin - walled co-extrusion profiles" including:

1. Finding and analyze reliable by price/quality and competent main technology full-cycle heavy polymer-processing machinery and one from five biggest producers of polymer pipes on China market corporation which included five industrial production areas/satellites in main regions-leaders of China development, GUANG DONG province branch LIANSUmachinery manufacturing Co. LTD, Guang-Zhou City, South China (www.ls-extrusion.com), which was the winner in tender from cheaper non full-cycle technology producers and same price offers from not well-known by spare parts and technology assistance China heavy chemical machinery producers among domestic market of polymer processing plants and experienced consulting service engineers in polymer profiles, sheets, and film extrusion;
2. International contract differently specialized in extrusion of directly needed combined line for main sharp detailed thin-walled open circuit profile "Gutter" and easily and common profile "Pipe" pass-acceptance works, general line speed in kilos/per/hour and linear meter/per/minute of U-PVC compound raw petro-chemical polymer material colorless, cheap and thick layer of hot profiled mass which are extruded with given melt pressure and density given in general formula includes five components and fillers except the mail virgin PVC resin polymer matrix leaving from high technology die head of main extruder in which input melt from side channel of co-extruder expensive whether resistance colored melt envelope internal and external perimeter of main-stream polymer non-cured profile by five times thinner layer. 5. Performing of successful acceptance tests and teaching own work-staff of technology steps by high-experienced in polymer processing Chinese operation engineer in Ukraine.
