- Production Planning on monthly basis, weekly basis and monitoring daily basis;

- Budget planning and cash flow planning monthly, weekly basis and monitoring daily basies;

- Packing materials planning and controlling purchase according to the production planning

- Inventory control & Ware housing control.

- Import operations, shipping instructions, sea logistics, import documentation, custom clearness coordination.

- Co coordinating with logistics for dispatches for total Ukraine and controlling the freight cost at time to time.

- SAP system key user for the packed product devision and total control of commercial documentation like contracts, specification, Invoices, Delivery orders.

- Co ordination with Sales regarding the sales plans and dispatch plans and accordingly plan production and provide stocks accordingly.

- Co coordinating with finance department for credit control and outstanding payments;

- Monthly stock audit with SGS.

- All management reporting system and stock & sales report, Production report on daily basis.

- Conducting daily meetings and participating in weekly management meeting for the review of the week and plan for the next week.

- A team of 10 people working under me.

- Purchasing goods from foreign suppliers and vendors according stock analyses and orders from distributors;
