Development & innovation
— Contributed to the development of map-based reporting, visualizing clinic locations, coverage areas, and patient access
— Participated in the development of a Multi-Layer Assessment method, combining both quantitative and qualitative indicators with field observations to better understand needs
— Helped harmonize tools and datasets across teams to reduce duplication and inconsistency
— Supported design and improvement of questionnaires and data-collection forms
— Participated in linking qualitative insights from health promoters and psychologists with quantitative statistics to reflect the real situation of communities
Impact
Through this work, I helped ensure that numbers did not remain “just numbers,” but became evidence supporting people in crisis, guiding mobile clinic planning, emergency response, and patient follow-up across MSF projects.

As a member of the MEAL team, i was responsible for and performed the duties of a monitoring, evaluation, and learning specialist in the following project areas:
- Development and creation of comprehensive monitoring systems based on KoboCollect, Excell, PowerBi
- Development and creation of reports both internal to the project and external to activityinfo and others
- Participation in planning and developing monitoring systems for such project links : IYCF (Nutrition), PSS department (Psychologists, Social Workers ), Medical department, Protection department, Program department (WASH FIT etc. ).
- Field visits to activity sites in Mykolaiv region.
As a part of improvement strategy, provided the mechanism for automatical creation of patient codes in the KoboCollect system, which was implemented for many project monitoring systems.
As part of the work, monitoring mechanisms were created using KoboCollect, Excell, and PowerBi:

1. Nutrition & Lactation (IYCF)
2. Protection
3. Mobile Rehabilitation
4. General Supervision Form

During the work, temporarily performed the duties of feedback representative for beneficiaries: 
- Providing information about the project 
- Referring beneficiaries to partners 
- Reporting for the project

- Continuous monitoring of medical data 
- Analysis of data collected by medical teams of the regional project and processing of information in order to assess the effectiveness of work and ways to improve the operation of the project 
- Validation of data entered by the medical team, consultation of medical professionals 
- Development and implementation of new data collection and analysis tools (including KoboToolbox system) based on existing tools
- Development of question banks and new forms from scratch in the KoboToolbox system Using PowerBI to create reports and basic data analysis 
- Conducting an initial assessment of new locations and gathering the necessary information for planning further actions of the regional project
- Permanent functional support for the managerial staff of the medical team in the processes of organization and planning of medical activities of the regional project Nov 2022 - Aug 2024

- Constant support of the project team in communication between international and national staff; 
- Written translation of documentation (manuals, vacancies, trainings);
- Interpretation (STOP THE BLEED trainings, SRH workshop, MH Workshop, Data Collection, daily team communications); 
- Regular participation in field missions in the deoccupied territories to assess and plan further project actions; 
- Participation in negotiations and organizational events with administrations of settlements, communities, cities + translation of negotiations with representatives of authorities, administrative institutions, medical institutions
