• Successfully managed and processed 8 open positions simultaneously
• Closed 36 marketing vacancies in 8 months (?4.5 vacancies/month)
• Reached an average cold email open rate of 81% and a response rate of 35%

Responsibilities:

• Collaborated with hiring managers to understand accurate hiring needs and requirements for candidates
• Sourced candidates at different channels (work.ua, robota.ua, Djinni, LinkedIn, Behance, Dribble, Telegram groups/chats), used Boolean / X-Ray search
