Assistant to the Vice President, Coordinator of the program for launching GenAI solutions, Administrative Coordinator.
1.Administrative Support:
- Manage the VP’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.

- Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels.

2. Communication:

- Serve as the primary point of contact between the VP and internal/external stakeholders.

- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings.

- Organize and coordinate events, conferences, and presentations.

3. Document Management:

- Maintain and organize documents, files, and records. Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

4. Project Assistance:

- Assist with special projects and initiatives.

- Preparation of pipeline and revenue reports.

- Analysis of the competitive market.

- Monitoring and maintaining detailed project plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

- Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders.
- Prepare and present regular status reports to stakeholders.

- Schedule regular team meetings to ensure alignment.

- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making.

5. Financial Tasks:

- Manage expense reports and budgets for the VP. Concur Expense Management.

- Handle invoicing, billing, and other financial transactions as needed.

6. Time Management:

- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines.

7. Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners.

- Represent the VP in a professional and courteous manner.

8. Problem-Solving:

- Address and resolve issues that arise, ensuring minimal disruption to the VP’s schedule.

- Provide solutions and support to enhance the VP’s productivity and efficiency.

Coordinator Innovation Hub:
1. Searching for early stage companies for further partnership and investment:
- Intro communication with startups.

- Preparation of NDA/CDA.
- Communication within the corporation to find a fit with the relevant business unit.
2. Coordination of the international Accelerator program.

Project Manager. Marketing.
1. Communication with the clients and preparation of commercial offers.

2. Creating layouts for DM mailing, preparation of scripts for telephone surveys.

3. Budget approval for the project.

4. Searching for partners if the requested service cannot be provided.

5. Preparation of documents/contracts and control of payment
