-POSM Investment Strategy Model;Developed a model based on available Brands, Channel & Occasion priorities, Outlet visibility priorities such as in-door / out-door and country segmentation group. Due to all of the figures model suggest a POSM set. Can be improved with a AI based platform by country specific needs.
-PowerBI POSM Report automation; Budget spending reports by regions,countries and distributor/dealers automated to increase the awareness and visibility of the POSM spendings.
