- Program and project management activities to support regional teams

- Working with reporting for Regulator (ECB)

- Drive digital innovation including automatisation of manual operation processes and using the lastest innovations on the market (onboarding with Dija, Tap2Phone, CloudKey ect.)

- Developing and launch of operation processesfor clients (PI&LE) in mobile banking

- Managing expectations of customers and all stakeholders

- Creating the budget model for the product

- Agreeing business requirements, allocation of MVP, collection of criteria for vendor

- Project management and product backlog coordinating and prioritisation

- Responsible for a portfolio of TOP-clients acting as their advocate and owning the client experience relationship end to end across products

- Optimization and establishing of private bank (all Ukraine)

- Developing, control and implementation of business KPI and budget execution, created a KPI system+passport for all approved KPIs
