Flight Attendants are responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and overall satisfaction of passengers during flights. Flight Attendant play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, addressing passenger needs, and managing in-flight emergencies, all while representing the airline's brand.
Safety and Security:
Conduct pre-flight safety checks of equipment and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Deliver safety briefings and demonstrate the use of safety equipment.
Respond promptly to emergency situations, including administering first aid if required.
Enforce airline safety policies and handle unruly passengers when necessary.
Customer Service:
Welcome passengers onboard and assist them with seating and stowing luggage.
Provide high-quality service, including food and beverage distribution, special accommodations, and responding to passenger inquiries.
Handle passenger complaints or requests with professionalism and empathy.
Offer assistance to passengers with disabilities, children traveling alone, or those needing extra support.
In-Flight Duties:
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the cabin throughout the flight.
Monitor the cabin environment, ensuring passenger comfort and well-being.
Make announcements and provide information about the flight schedule and any delays
.Manage inventory of in-flight supplies, including meals, beverages, and safety equipment.
Post-Flight Duties:
Assist passengers with deplaning and retrieving carry-on items.
Complete post-flight reports, noting any safety incidents, customer issues, or maintenance concerns.
Coordinate with ground staff and other crew members for seamless transitions between flights.
Fluency in English .
Certifications: CPR and first aid certification; aviation safety training (provided by the airline).
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills; ability to remain calm under pressure.
Professional demeanor and well-groomed appearance.Empathy and cultural sensitivity in dealing with a diverse customer base.Strong team collaboration skills.
