Preparing of financial analysis, forecast for corporate clients.
- Preparing of financial analysis of financial institutions.
- Assist in obtaining and structuring loans with customer service managers.
- Conducting client risk assessments, providing mitigation measures, recommending credit limits and funding structures to decision makers.
- Proposing changes to the credit policy, procedure, process and other internal regulations related to credit.

- A full cycle of lending to business clients, identification of their strengths and weaknesses (SWOT analysis), analysis of the social portrait of clients;
- Participation in credit committees for approval and restructuring of loans, analysis of clients solvency and financial ratios, credit risks’s and collateral’s assessment, forecasting the cash-flow;
- Work with overdue loans: negotiating at a bank branch, visiting the place of business and residence, prevention of the occurrence of overdue credit debts, withdrawal of the client from the overdue credits by the methods of restructuring of contributions, prolongation, refinancing, changing the repayment schedule; preparing and transfer of the cases to the Legal Department for submission to the court and debt collection;
- Participation in working groups with HO staff on project implementation (for example, segmentation of business clients).

- Attracting business clients – direct contact at the place of business (markets, shopping and office centers), telephone marketing, mailing;
- The full cycle of microcrediting – going to the FEA to the place of doing business, studying a package of documents, accounting and managerial accounting of a client, evaluating collateral by the method of analog sales, preparing a resume and protecting an application for CC, working with a loan case, issuing a loan, monitoring the current portfolio (control repayment, prevention of problems, attraction for further maintenance);
- Work with overdue loans;
- Participation in the CC with the right to vote on the approval of the loan;
- Training of junior specialists at the department – assistance in the FEA and preparing a credit resume at the CC.
