My project is designed to help trainees from various backgrounds gain work experience within a team. At the moment, we are working on a project called Balancyй - a comprehensive time management application that is under development to help users balance their work, life, and study. We are currently working on versions for iOS, Android, and the web. Additionally, we create web solutions for the needs of the Ukrainian Armed Forces (including charity foundations, volunteers, etc)
My key responsibilities and achievements:

• Conducted market research: identified key competitors and analyzed them to understand their strengths and weaknesses. Conducted user research interviews with 5 target users to identify pain points and created JTBD for them
• Identified and prioritized 6 key user problems through market research and user feedback
• Created a value proposition that resonated with 85% of target users oriented to market research
• Developed an MVP with 10 core functionalities to validate product concept with user's needs
• Successfully communicated the product vision and roadmap to more than 30 stakeholders, who will be involved in the realization of the product on a non-profit basis
• Effectively transferred the majority of responsibilities, such as recruiting, team management, and tech management, to responsible stakeholders to avoid micromanagement and focus on team growth
• Established new initiative to support the UAF

EdTech project for a Ukrainian economics-focused YouTube channel.

My key responsibilities and achievements:

• Managed the successful launch of the product within a 2-month timeframe, despite a tight budget. Attracted 100 students within the first 2 days after launch
• Successfully managed a team of 5 contractors (developers, designers, copywriter) for the project. Maintained project documentation, created a backlog, and determined and documented project requirements
• Conducted over 10 A/B tests on student flow, processes, and sales funnels, resulting in a 15% improvement in NPS and a 20% increase in CSI

SaaS product for HORECA and Retail sectors

My key responsibilities and achievements:

• Established the structure of the sales department and developed a sales, lead generation and customer success strategy. As a result, we increased the number of regular customers by more than 15 times
• Optimized the operations of the control service department, resulting in a 20% increase in NPS and more efficient resource utilization
• Created various scripts that provided flexibility in communication with customers

• Participated in various industry exhibitions and events, and organized business trips
