1. Legal and policy framework development and implementation:

• analysis of economic, political, legal and social issues in health care

• health policy review and analysis (comparative analysis, legal review, harmonization with the aquis)

• health policy development (policy research, budgeting, policy papers and action plans drafting, legislative advice)

• policy articulation and stakeholder outreach (public events, government consultation)

• developing mechanisms for policy monitoring.

2. Organizational and institutional development assistance

• participatory governance activities (informing, communicating, and involving communities, local authorities, and other stakeholders in decision-making)

• conducting community health needs and capabilities assessment

• beneficiaries’ support in legal and policy framework implementation through capacity development activities (capacity evaluation to identify gaps, capacity development plan composition, needs assessment, training assistance)

• provide policy advice and technical guidance on the establishment of interinstitutional coordination groups.

3. Project Management and Coordination:

• prepare project proposals, budgets and accompanying documents, organize and lead kick-off meetings with donor and/or project team

• ensure compliance with donor policies and procedures relevant to the program implementation

• coordinate tracks/groups, including participant selection and work plan design

• lead day-to-day project execution by project team, managing resources and time, leading teams in brainstorming sessions.

4. Education and Training:

• developing training framework and curricula (managerial and clinical training)

• determine the need and manage training recourses

• coordinate training materials' development

• ensure effective communication with training participants and trainers

• ensure administrative procedures (attendance records, course grades, pre- and post-assessment, CPD procedures).
