- Establish a regular monitoring system in PAH Kharkiv hub to ensure a better quality of the implemented programs through timely MEAL findings, conclusions and recommendations from the field visits and direct observations.

-Contribute to the effective implementation and improvement of the Complaints and Feedback Mechanism in PAH Country Office in Ukraine through efficient collection and registration of feedback during the field visits, through the hotline as well as other channels, as well as critically assessing the CFRM and providing recommendations on the systematic improvements.

- Contribute to information sharing and raising awareness of PAH activities among the affected populations in the Kharkiv region.

- Contribute to the quality improvements of the partners-led in-kind distribution activities through establishing good cooperation during the field visits, clear documentation of the findings from the visits and communicating them to the PAH decision-makers/management

-Collection of information about the needs of the population, transfer of information to the program team.

ACHIEVMENTS

- Development and implementation of a monitoring system for the Protection sector. During PHA monitoring visits to Kharkiv and Kharkiv Oblast, I described patterns and recommendations for monitoring visits of our Protection activities.

- Developing a guideline for working with the hotline. Develop a document to simplify the induction process for new employees to the PAH hotline.

Defining the company's strategy to maximise profits.

•Development and direct participation in the management of the project cycle of client services.

•Analytics of the sales department's performance with the subsequent creation of recommendations for managers and changes to the sales strategy

•Selection of contractors and partners.

•Played a key role in securing client accounts by assisting in preparing presentations and reports that aided in a 30% business growth.
