Support GBV assessments as required, with translation and arranging consultations with women and girls

• Establish women’s groups in key locations to support with effective consultations

• Establish relationships with government focal points to identify needs

• Identify crisis rooms / shelters and develop plans for effective support

• Map collective centres for Internally Displaced Persons(IDPs)

• Recruiting, support and manage community mobilisersin collective centres

• Monitor activities and report back to GBV Manager on quality and reach of all activities in Kyiv (inc.information dissemination, referrals, psychosocial support etc)

• Identify volunteer initiatives for women and girls to support through capacity and resource enhancement

• Ensure effective community participation throughout implementation, including leadership of women andgirls

• Considersecurity implications of all program activities, reviewing initiatives with appropriate stakeholders

• Foster a safe and supportive working environment for all GBV staff and partners

• Exemplify core principles of GBV programming, including respect, non-discrimination, responsible use ofpower, nonviolence, and promotion of gender equality

• Contribute to the positive image and overall credibility of the program and organization, notably throughadherence to the Code of Conduct and Ethics, including compliance with anti-harassment, safeguarding andPSEA policies

- Provide case management services based on the needs of victims, including needs assessment, referrals and safety
- Develop and implement an individualized plan for each survivor, and ensure plan implementation
- Liaise with others, including HAYES mental health staff, to ensure compliance with GBV standards
- Make confidential, interest-based referrals to other service providers as part of case management; ensure that all women receive care after referrals are made
- Receive referrals from other service providers and provide case management services as needed
- Identify, mentor, and empower volunteers to disseminate information on how to refer women to HAYES
- Create and update service maps to ensure that HAYES teams are referring GBV survivors to highly qualified service providers in the areas of medical, legal, economic, shelter and mental health
- Identify problems and challenges in service delivery and coordinate with other organizations to ensure that safe and confidential services are available to vulnerable women
- Keep case records and ensure that they are stored safely and confidentially - Submit weekly and monthly case management reports
- Keep regular records of all information and submit to the supervisor for review and approval - Perform other duties as assigned
