- organize purchases on the domestic market of Ukraine, including searching for suppliers, negotiations, contract work, interaction with freight forwarding companies, organizing shipment;

- organize tender procedures with suppliers;

- generate internal reporting;

- interact with internal services, provide information support to the Company's branches/sales departments/service departments within their functionality

organization and control of the plant's export-import activities:

obtaining permits, approvals from customs, tax and other regulatory state bodies regarding export-import operations,contract approval in terms of foreign economic activity,

obtaining certificates of origin ST-1,

organization of reporting to the customs and tax authorities of Ukraine,

settlement of any non-standard situations regarding foreign economic activity,

registration of visa documents in the OVIR and the state migration service,

meeting and receiving foreign delegations,

negotiations with foreign counterparties,checking documentation regarding foreign economic activity,

organization of the process of registration of documents for the shipment of finished products of the plant,

interaction with the railway (UZ),

methodical management of the plant's structural workshops for the shipment of finished products,

interaction with the ports of Ukraine, as well as freight forwarders in the ports.

Organization and control of the plant's export-import activities:

- obtaining permits, approvals from customs, tax, environmental and phytosanitary services, and other government regulatory agencies regarding export-import operations,

- currency control, control over timely terms of currency return or product delivery,

- visaing contracts regarding foreign economic activity,

- obtaining certificates of origin ST-1,

- organizing the submission of reports to the customs and tax authorities of Ukraine,

- contractual relations with brokerage companies, CCI, courier companies, contract management,

- settlement of any non-standard situations regarding foreign economic activity,

- registration of visa documents in the OVIR and the state migration service,

- meeting and receiving foreign delegations, negotiations with foreign counterparties,

- checking documentation regarding foreign economic activity.

management of contracts for the provision of forwarding services in the ports of Ukraine, management of purchase/commission agreements, accounting of shipped and sold products, payment for services.
