  • Dispatch and manage 3–5 drivers operating 5–10 spot car trailers across East and West Coast lanes.
  • Source and secure high-paying loads via CentralDispatch, SuperDispatch, Ship.cars, ACV, as well as direct broker lanes (Proficient, Highway, Montway, RPM).
  • Negotiate rates directly with brokers, consistently achieving $3.5–$5.4+ per mile.
  • Coordinate full shipment lifecycle: pickup scheduling, delivery planning, vehicle readiness, and driver instructions. Provide full driver support for a multinational team (Mexican & EU drivers), including communication and issue resolution.
  • Manage operational issues such as dry runs, detentions, delays, and last-minute changes, minimizing downtime and losses.
  • Maintain continuous communication with shippers, brokers, customers, dealerships, and repair shops. Handle all documentation: BOLs, rate confirmations, load sheets, gate passes, damage reports.
  • Work closely with insurance representatives to resolve claims and develop custom solutions per driver/load.Developed an internal RPM calculation and reporting tool, improving rate analysis and driver performance tracking.
