•Leading projects (TMS implementation, Cost improvement, ets.)

•Transit control and on-time clearing all import shipments: speeding up customs clearance to support stock availability needed for sales, especially in closure periods

•Checking all supporting documentation for avia, sea and road import deliveries, transporting documents to brokers in order them to prepare in timely manner PD

•Checking all data indicated in CD, preparation of letter to customs in order of mistakes in CD

•Cross-checking all payments between JNJ accounting department and customs, solving discrepancies among this data

•Preparation of monthly reports and presentation for Cross-Functional departments regarding operational issues faced by Ukrainian supply chain department•Credit notes requests in case of import discrepancy (both quantity and quality).

•Conducting of compensation from insurance companies in case of lost and damaged goods during import or domestic deliveries

•Customs payment process: ordering money for timely preparation of PD for customs clearance.

•Participation in relocation of data system from Navision to SAP

•Transport and Brokerage tender participation

•Conducting Due Diligence process for local vendors of transport and brokerage services

•On-time trade agreement updates with necessary changes & requirements (shipping documents requirements update etc)

•Customs issues follow up

•Conducting accreditation process at customs, control all changes in accreditation info of the company

•X-Functional (X-Sector) activities or/and projects support: new launches support (HS preliminarycodes, customs payment calculation etc.), providing with customs clearance of samples for QA, RA, TM& other departments/sectors

•Close cooperation with suppliers and transport providers (outbound flow) to resolve any discrepanciesconcerning shipped goods (quantity, mix up, weight etc.) as well as shipping documents issues (mistakesin invoices, EUR1, CMR, packing list etc.).

•Providing regular reports (goods in transit, vendors KPIs etc) ,recalculating customs brokerage budgetand providing different kind of import/export statistics & analysis by request

•Monitor legislation changes and initiatives, inform key stakeholders to take the necessary decision ontimely manner

•Optimize the flow of information between brokers, J&J & warehouse, minimize resendable data

•Take part in Study Start-up process (provide the customer basic information needed for study start-upand further successful study handling).

•Perform the processing of customer requests and provide information regarding the services of thecompany on the procedures for import/export of materials for clinical studies within the framework ofassigned projects.•Prepare, review, approve instructions for customers (DPIs, DIFs, WI, Depot technical instructions etc).

•Prepare, review or approve invoices for import/export shipments.

•Prepare documentation for customs procedures for import/export shipments. Provide interaction withrepresentatives of courier services, customs brokers and customs departments.

•Obtain additional permits from State authorities.

•Participate in negotiations with the client on the intended projects and provide the client informationregarding the projects activity.

• Participate in internal investigations and eliminate the causes of customer complaints and events related to improper compliance with internal procedures of the enterprise, in accordance with the job descriptions.

• Carries out the communication function between the client and the specialists of the company for procurement in the framework of clinical trials.

• Respond to customer inquiries and correspondence regarding storage, distribution and disposal of materials.

• Perform other assigned duties related to IMP and CTS storage, distribution.

• Participate in implementation of QMS requirements to documentation.

• Compose new SOPs SFs related to the activities of the project team.

• Participate in the review of SOPs, SFs, job descriptions, working methods used in the activity of the project team.

• Carry out customers registration in SMO

• Zara Ukraine (Inditex Group), Kiev (Retail, Fashion)

• Control of the supply and delivery chain of Inditex products for 8 brands Zara, Bershka, Pull and Bear, Stradivarius, Massimo Dutti, Oysho, Uterque, Zara Home in Ukraine, as well as building materials and constructuctions from Spain;

• Track and control of cargo during all logistics cycle (loading in Spain, customs clearance, delivery to the warehouse, cross-docking, delivery to stores);

• Separate import consigments into shipments to the regional stores.

• Order of the trucks for deliveries to stores (15 Shopping Malls, 64 stores)

• Prepare documents for the deliveries of the consignment to stores• Organize of goods transfers between the company's stores;

• Carry out inventories at the central as well as in the internal warehouses of stores;

• Participate in opening new stores

• Control of the availability and receipt of permition documents for cargo (constructions and building materials for opening new stores, repairing old ones);
