Fast boarding new country to the Group 100days program. Outsource main IT services to Ukraine and Poland, keep in-house critical competence. Good results were not thanks to the economic situation. Positive EBITDA comes mainly from Finland but also from Estonia while Lithuania is negative, and Head Quarters has cost to cover. NET revenue 1.1mln EUR, Dopex 0.57mln EUR, IT 0.075mln EUR, SG&A 0.37mln EUR.

Implemented centralized mode of operation Group IT platforms Dialer, DWH/BI, local Collection Systems. Outsource IT department to Miratech (Spain, Poland, Ukraine). Implemented International Traffic Mgmt department to coordinate all Call Centers campaigns (abandoned rate, nuissance ration, contactability).
