WASH activity of MSF, was related to Kahovska dam consequences

I performed Technical support/advising of MSF’s field teams who were doing wells cleaning procedures. (as a part of stomack disease prevention)

I updated technical side of wells cleaning & disinfection procedure. (procedure and equipment)

I managed field work and relations between WASH cluster participants, (assessment, due diligence, contractor selection, relations management, bore halls drilling supervision, complete works acseptance)

Also, I developed water and energy backups in MSF locations (UPS, generators, water tanks, treatment, storage, distribution) also as a part of winter preparation plan.

As an personal achievement, I’ve made it working in automatic mode, without any technical supervision in place, only periodic routine maintenance.

I was a mental and language bridge between Ukrainians in (Ukrainian railways) and Belgium specialists from MSF, all together we made a "medical train project".

I assisted MSF engineers with local tips and tricks to complete the project.

Also, I did an "emergency medical aid, pharmacy stock", and assisted to maintain it.

I've taken a part in the implementation of the "medical train project", and now it runs and works. I made pharmaceutical stock from a "Giant mountain of boxes" in the warehouse, in an emergency context, Including cold chain storage, and cold chain preparation procedure updates.

• "As build" inspection, changes review, changes legalization.

What I did (my responsibilities):

Project

- Development of optimized solutions, between price-functionality-regulatory requirements, in new and existing manufacturing sites of customers.

- Writing User Requirement Specifications "URS"

- Development of basic layouts and PID (plans, flowcharts, principal schemes)

- Review and approve the basic design and general solutions, with the customer

- Pre-calculations of the project cost.

- Receiving incoming and outcoming information, checking for regulatory and commonsense issues, checking drawings for clashes, and outputting project documentation.

Installation works

- Detailed cost calculations, (work with equipment and material suppliers).

- Contracting, (customer contracts, subcontracts, supply contracts)

- Search for work performers (people) and contactors (organizations)

Commissioning works

- Developing "as build" and "first run" documentation,

- Individual and complex commissioning and startup

- Customer personnel training.

I was the person who "bridge the gap" , between international management team, and the Ukrainian construction site reality, mentally and physically. (project office - site installation team - customer team) relations.

Implementation of the detailed design.

Develop design of untypical components, interface connections.

Solving clashes (collisions) between different engineering systems.

Managing staff/subcontractors coordination with the installation team.

Monitoring and maintaining the Engineering Department schedules to ensure the overall Project schedule is maintained.

Identifying the eqipment input requirements.

Main responsible person for all new HVAC & Cleanroom development.

A complete cycle of development of ventilation systems from "scratch" for facilities of the pharmaceutical plant (such as: laboratories, manufacturing sites, explosion-hazardous workshops, materials warehouses, and offices).

My responsibilities included:

a complete cycle of activities starting from an elaboration of project tasks, pre-calculations of potential costs for implementation/operation. Supporting of projects from the stage of "project tasks definition" to stages of "project implementation", preparation of specifications for tenders, supervision of installation and commissioning activities, until acceptance of work and as-built documents from contractors, in accordance with national, and industrial and corporate requirements, followed by validation and transfer of a system to the point of use.

Personal accomplishments: experience in designing of ventilation systems and cleanrooms for potentially explosive&hazardous sites, ability to find compromised solutions between requirements of GMP, ISPE, and DSTU, standards.

Main responsible person for "all HVAC systems, of the whole plant".

Organization of continuous, failure-free performance of ventilation systems in pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities.

Planning and organization of maintenance activities.

Quality inspection of works done by contractors (Permission and acceptance).

Maintenance and development of operation documents (SOP).

Development of annual budgets, and preparation of purchase orders.

Performing of validation activities for cleanroom. Participation in re-certification of sites, and "protection of ventilation systems" during external inspections.

Participation in design development - review of technical solutions, and construction plans.

Experience in:

building management systems (BMS), autonomous and centralized chilling and heating systems, commissioning, and startup. ability to troubleshoot "non-typical failures".

Basic skills of the administration of SCADA systems.

Knowledge of GMP regulations.

Responsible for all routines in development of national commercial electricity accounting system.

Organization of activities for the implementation of automated energy control and metering systems, and process automation systems in the electric grids of the company.

Control and review of activities performed, analysis of the database, and preparation of reports to controlling authorities.

Installation and maitenanse "all about HVAC&R"

Installation of air conditioning systems, air handling units, soldering of pipelines, installation & repair of chillers, installation of automation systems, commissioning, working with drawings, and design documentation.

Repair of ventilation systems: troubleshooting, repair of refrigeration machines.

I came "nobody",than became "That Gyu, who build&maintain racing cars".

Responsibilities:

Repair and maintenance of Japanese cars, an overhaul of petrol/diesel engines, transmission, breaks and hydraulic systems, chassis, valve train, transmission gearbox.

Preparation of cars for Yalta RALLY, maintenance of race cars in a rally environment.
