Responsibilities:
- Check emails and see how day ended in warehouses
- Note which loads got picked and which need to be rescheduled
- Book pickups for all the warehouses and provide information to them
- Keep an eye on the working system for new orders during the whole day (if additional pickup needs to be scheduled)
- Check Estimated time of arrival of the drivers with carriers for all warehouses
- Provide ETA to the warehouses as well
- Coordinated cross-departmental scheduling adjustments to accommodate urgent requests, improving workflow adaptability and minimizing operational delays.

Responsibilities:
-Work with leads, answer incoming calls, make outgoing calls and respond to messages;

-Interviewing drivers, identifying the needs of the drivers and selecting the best offer, company for them;
-Collecting all the documents: licenses, Medical cards and other needed documents for starting verification process;
-Providing all the needed documentation to safety;

-Informing the driver about updates from the company;

-Driver support from the begining up to orientation in the company;

-Providing internal communication on questions timely and efficiently;
-Communicating in working chats with team members
-Ability to work in multitasking mode.

Responsibilities:

- Posting advertisement on Craiglist, Indeed, Facebook and other websites

- Search for the drivers on different sources;- Providing all the information about company and what we offer

- Checking of drivers background before hiring (CDL)

- Performing Interwievs- Preparing documentation for hiring

- HR manager within the company;- Customer Support Specialist (providing timely updates to the customers via email and chats)

- Provide internal communication on issues timely and efficiently

- Working with spreadsheets for loads;- Communicating in working chats via Teams, Outlook

- Working in corporate program PCS (building trips and loads, adding drivers and allinformation about them).

Responsibilities:

- Search and selection of clients;

- Collecting documents and conducting interviews;

- Communication with customers (American market also) by phone;

- Ensuring continuous and uninterrupted customer service and providing full logistics support;

- Professional and quick responses to customer requests by phone and e-mail;

- Ability to work in multitasking mode;

- High level of customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Checkin, checkout of the guests;

- Work with a cash register, cash;

- Assistance to guests in case of need;

- Skills in CRM system, with online systems like Booking, Expedia.com, Hotels;

- Working in the Servio hotel automation program;

- Control of cleaning in the rooms and hotel.
