Team Coordination (Acting):

• Coordination of a team of 3 specialists, preparation of workplan, assigning tasks to staff
• Selection project implementation methodologies.
• Representing the department's interests to management.

Protection Monitoring:

• Conducting Key informants and household interviews, focus group discussions.
• Establishing relationships with other NGOs, Local authorities, key community representatives.
• Referring cases to partners or other active programs within the organization.
• Preparing relevant reports.

Individualized protection assistance in accordance with NRC regulations:

• Assessing individual household needs.
• Providing cash assistance, in-kind support, or referrals to partners or other active programs within the organization.
• Conducting post-monitoring and evaluating the impact of provided assistance.

Protection partnership:

• Identification of implementing partners, developing joint projects, preparation of agreement and budget, implementation monitoring, reporting for the activities carried out
• Capacity building for partner organizations (conducting trainings, workshops, constant mentoring).
• Conducting training sessions as a trainer - Safe and Inclusive Programming / Protection Mainstreaming.
• Material assistance to fill partners` gaps in humanitarian response Assessing needs.

Reporting and Evaluation:

• Reporting in accordance with Protection Cluster requirements via ActivityInfo platform.
• Reporting in line with NRC standards using the GORS system.
• Participated in the development of a new database in Excel for automatic generation of activity reports.

Community Feedback Mechanism (As a CFM focal point at North Area Office):

• Receiving requests from the CFM channels, referring them to programs
• Identifying competent partner organizations and referring cases to them

Staff Representative activities:

• Acting as a liaison between staff and senior management.
• Collecting and conveying staff concerns, suggestions, and feedback.
• Participating in staff-management meetings to advocate for employee interests.
• Ensuring transparency and fairness in internal processes.
• Promoting a positive and inclusive working environment.

• Monitoring and Community Engagement:
  • Conducting monitoring in line with UNHCR and Protection Cluster standards, ensuring the protection of IDPs and conflict-affected individuals.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with NGOs and key community representatives.
  • Assessing needs at the community, institutional, and household levels.
  • Responding to requests from the "Right to Protection" CF and UNHCR, and providing consultations to community representatives and NGOs.
  • Organizing and conducting social surveys, group consultations, and advocacy activities.
  • Preparing detailed reports, including daily, monthly, incident, and humanitarian situation reports.
• Individual Protection Assistance:
  • Assessing and addressing individual needs, providing consultations, and accompanying individuals.
  • Registering for UNHCR cash assistance and referring cases to relevant partners or internal programs.
• Humanitarian Assistance:
  • Organizing and overseeing the distribution of humanitarian aid to IDPs and conflict-affected individuals, including managing logistics and reporting on distribution outcomes.
  • Providing humanitarian aid to temporary accommodation points (TAPs) and conducting post-monitoring to evaluate the impact.

• Coordination of the operation of 8 stores in the network;
