Main job responsibilities:

Interacting with state authorities and building reliable working relations with them;

Monitoring new draft legislation and analyzing potential risks on agricultural sector;

Preparing position papers, talking points, analytical materials, notes; Preparing articles for media;

Arranging meetings and other events to promote the agri agenda, as well as taking part in them and other working groups.

Main job responsibilities:

Building GR function in the Company from the scratch;

Building and maintaining relations with representatives of state authorities, business community, donor agencies, NGOs and associations);

Preparing position papers, talking point, analytical documents etc;

Arranging meetings, conferences and taking part in such events to promote issues important for the Company’s business;

Monitoring changes in regulation and new draft bills appearance, initial assessment of their potential impact on the Company;

Ensuring Company’s presence in business associations’ activities;

Communicating with donors for attracting investments to Company’s projects

Main job responsibilities:

identify potential customers (target audiences), analyze their needs and focuses;

conduct negotiations with clients, get them familiar with features of system’s work, procedures, sales conditions, etc.;

develop methods of searching new partners;

develop communication strategy with clients;

maintain constant contact with key partners, organize systematic work with them: sales plans, feedbacks, solving problematic issues, work on updating procedures, etc.;

arrange training events and strategic activities with key clients & partners;

provide preparation of necessary explanatory and educational materials for clients;

provide systematic preparation of analytical information;

provide systematic coverage of success stories in media sources etc.

Main job responsibilities:

Leading Chamber Agricultural Committee, Seeds Committee & Working Group on Agricultural Machinery;

Managing day-to-day operations of these Committees & Working Group;

Maintaining relations with partners (from business community, Government, donor agencies, NGOs);

Setting up and facilitating implementation of the Committees’ & Working Group’s priorities and ensuring proper effectiveness and success rate;

Identifying potentially problematic for the industry issues and developing effective action plans for their mitigation;

Proactively informing of the Committees’ & Working Group’s Members on all related developments in relevant spheres, gathering and compiling feedbacks thereon;

Coordinating internal discussions and development of Committees’ & Working Group’s products, including position papers, analytical papers, amendments and proposals to legislation and regulatory acts, memos, media materials etc.;

Coordinating external communication with the relevant government stakeholders, embassies and donor agencies, arranging meetings with them;

Taking part in meetings, negotiations on issues related to Committees’ & Working Group’s activities;

Holding Committees’ budget;

Coordinating work of Committees’ Assistants;

Taking part in all other related activities.
