As a tester, I have worked with tools such as Postman, Figma, Apache JMeter, Jira, TestRail, Chrome DevTools, Android Debug Bridge, VirtualBox, CPU-Z, AIDA64, Crashlytics, and others.
Mobile testing
I worked with tools for flashing phones with different chipsets (MTK, Qualcomm) using MiFlash and AfTool. For a long time, I tested devices through a console connection between a laptop and a mobile phone. My main responsibilities included ensuring that the phone met operator requirements, executing customer test scenarios, and validating network functionality (3G, 4G calls, SMS, MMS).
I also tested mobile phones with the top 10 applications of the country (both native and hybrid) and worked with BUT-files. Debugging was performed via ADB for Android and Xcode for iOS, as well as analyzing crashes and errors with Crashlytics.
Game testing
From 2019 to 2021, I tested the MMORPG Perfect World (MMOTOP). My role included closed beta testing, regression testing, and validating the integration between the web private account and the game client.
In the last two years, I have mainly been testing mobile games (Unity-based projects) and also worked on four PC game projects. I actively used the Unity Editor to reproduce bugs, analyze logs, warnings, and exceptions, and validate UI/UX by adapting layouts to different screen resolutions.
Additionally, I participated in calls with publishers, represented QA during presentations, and collaborated closely with developers to ensure timely bug fixing and high-quality releases.
Motivation
I highly value the importance of manual testing as a foundation for delivering stable, user-friendly products. I enjoy identifying and analyzing issues that impact the end user and contributing to improving product quality. I believe this role will give me the opportunity to continue doing that.
