  1. Controlling. Ownership of monthly, quarterly and annual closing process for group entities. Ensure complete, accurate and timely reporting across group entities in different EU jurisdictions (Germany, Italy, earlier UK and UAE)
  2. External audit. Annual audit lifecycle, including requests, adjustments, reconciliations, signing (PwC Germany, PwC Cyprus)
  3. Reporting. Prepare and review IFRS reporting pack for group entities (BS, PL, cashflow, RP transactions).
  4. Accounting. Data reconciliation between MS Dynamics, Datev, accounting entries prepared by external tax advisors ( DE, IT, other EU based entries).
  5. Inter company transactions and reconciliations.
  6. Coordination. Leadership of communication process between management, commercial team, external financial advisors, audit team and it team on accounting.
  7. Compliance. Perform service providers’ management, ensure compliance with accounting regulations and statutory requirements (Germany, Italy, Poland, Hungary, UK, Cyprus, UAE).
  8. Taxation. Communication with DE, IT, other EU tax advisors on full range of accounting and business matters. Coordination of VAT returns preparation, Intrastat and transferpricing documentation.
  9. ERP system and digitalisation. Microsoft Dynamix NAV 2018, Dynamix 365 Business central. Design and development of solutions for business units, integration of external decisions, implementation of ERP systems.
  10. Documentation. Maintain accounting policies, customise chart of accounts, posting guides and other control procedures.
