- Controlling. Running of month-end and year-end close process.
- Reporting. IFRS reporting pack (BS, PL, cashflow, RP transactions).
- Accounting. Data reconciliation between MS Dynamics, Datev, entries prepared by external tax advisor ( DE, IT, other EU based entries).
- Coordination. Leadership of communication process between management, commercial team, external financial advisors, audit team and it team on accounting.
- Taxation. Communication with DE, IT, other EU tax advisors on full range of accounting and business matters. Coordination of VAT returns preparation, Intrastat and transferpricing documentation.
- External audit. Support of annual audit process (PwC Germany, PwC Cyprus)
- ERP system and digitalisation. Microsoft Dynamix NAV 2018, Dynamix 365 Business central. Design and development of solutions for business units, integration of external decisions, implementation of ERP systems.
- Documentation. Accounting policy, documentation of internal processes, role instructions.
