Program Design and Technical Support: Supported the technical design and implementation of Multi-Purpose Cash Assistance (MPCA), including Cash for Protection, ensuring alignment with HI’s quality standards and Ukraine’s social protection systems. Contributed to the adaptation of technical documents and tools to local operational contexts. Engaged in proposal writing and development for donor-funded MPCA aprograms.

3. Reporting: Preparation of detailed reports for donors, ensuring transparency and accountability in financial assistance programs. Participated in humanitarian research and evaluation initiatives, including baseline and endline surveys, needs assessments, and program impact analysis.

Technical Skills: o Administered household deduplication and payment monitoring via the Inter-Organizational Unintended Assistance Overlap Prevention (IOUAP) tool through WFP’s Building Blocks program. o Using the Cleopatra personal data encryption system, having a WFP personal key to access the program. o Remote access to the system of the financial provider Privatbank.
