Foreign-invested company (production of the cable network for BMW cars - more than 1,000 employees). I work since the opening of the company.

Responsibilities:

  • • Personnel management, setting priorities and coordinating individual tasks,

Planning staffing needs, analysis of personnel processes in the company;

  • • Creating a strategic plan for personnel management, tracking staff costs, budgeting for the staff.
  • • Development of marketing strategy and creation KPI for each advertising purpose;
  • • Development of the structure of the organization, staffing;
  • • Application of HR tools to increase the material and intangible motivation of staff;
  • • Modification of the compensation and benefit policy in order to create a competitive program in compliance with legal requirements, administration of compensation, benefits and management systems for efficiency and effectiveness;
  • • Identification of vacancies and organization of a set of measures to attract staff. Search for direct and administrative staff; Closing TOP vacancies.
  • • Planning and conducting advertising campaigns, creating schemes of advertising communications (targeted advertising, contextual advertising, SEO-optimization);

Creation of SMM strategies (creation of a content plan, support of accounts in social networks). Working with feedback;

  • • Implementation of the process of adaptation of new employees, their training, internships, induction, probation and support for further employment;
  • • Support for HR-systems, support for Employer branding of the company;
  • • Development of procedures for personnel evaluation, determination of KPI criteria, employee evaluation, personnel risk assessment;

Creation and maintenance of personnel reserve for the needs of the company;

  • • Introduction of preventive measures to reduce staff turnover;
  • • Coaching implementations on organizational policy, training, corporate education, environmental management ISO 14001, labor protection and fire safety and occupational safety and health system according to ISO 45001: 2018, ISO 19011: 2018;
