1. Management of the Company.
2. Trade in oilseeds and grain crops, oil (EU, Turkiye, China).
3. Sales of plant products in Ukraine and for export.
4. Purchases of oilseeds (soybeans) for our own plant.

Achievements:

1. 52% growth of sales in Ukraine was achieved. Therefore, the company went to the first place of thedomestic market.
2. Opening of several new business areas from scratch.

Areas of responsibility:

Sales in Ukraine (retail and dealers),

Export sales (over 30 countries – EU, USA, Middle East, CIS).

Achievements:

Implementation of the profit plan.

Expansion of export sales (8 new Clients during 8 months)

Areas of responsibility:

1. Sales through a branch network (40 of affiliates, including 10 productions). Marketing.
2. Steel purchases (painted and galvanized coils). Purchase of related products. Purchase of components for production. Management of stocks. Pricing.
3. Training and certificating of personnel. Developing and implementing of a system of motivation.

Achievements:

1. 85% growth of income and 20% growth of profits were achieved.
2. Three new affiliates were opened and four frozen affiliates were rehabbed and were brought to a profitable line.
