• USAID / UK AID (FCDO) funded project
• Support the CDTO in assisting Government counterparts, civil society, and businesses in developing comprehensive digital transformation solutions, action plans, and business process revisions and participating in managing relationships with key counterparts.
• In coordination with the CDTO, design specifications and manage digital activities, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality and technical standards.
• Developing Project memos, information briefs, advisory notes, and position papers on digital transformation and information technology in line with Ukrainian legislation and (if necessary) the respective standards.
• Participating in working meetings with partners and negotiations related to digital transformation, IT, information security, design documentation, procedures, and processes related to the development, modernization, and modification of the above-mentioned measures.
• Participating in selection panels/tender boards to advise on selecting best-value bids on software/hardware and IT systems development and related issues.

• Launched new national electronic auction markets: sale and lease of property of state-owned strategic joint-stock companies, fishing licensing, leasing of water area and others; improved several existing markets
• Co-author & co-initiator of the new reform of digitalization of the factoring financing (references below)
• Concepts designing, Business Analysis, ToR, solution defining, decision making, interagency coordination, regulatory drafting, advocacy, key stakeholders relations (inc. top level)

• Support of the Common Transit Procedure and NCTS software launch

• Advised to align Help Desk procedures with European standards

• Led interaction with World Bank on Doing Business issues, as BA and PM

• Reforms and digitalization concepts designing, Stakeholders relations

• Led interdepartamental contractual processes with global multinational IT and Messaging Services;
  
• Coordinated both commercial and technical launch of new clients;
• Daily partnership maintenance worldwide, developing of the existing customers.

• Increased the customer retention rate and revenue growth by intensifying the process of software integration and making it's less time and efforts consuming for customers.
• Preventing closed lost projects by changing the concept of product integration.
• Introduced a proactive communication with clients for identifying and solving any difficulties they could encounter. It helped to enhance the customer satisfaction with the product and services, and resulted in time optimization for our company.
• Developed a protocol for ERP integration, which was taken as a basis for the new company policy;

Administrative and ICT (Information and Communication Technologies) Assistant

• Technical-economic evaluation and audit of fossil resources reserves for largest international and Ukrainian companies in various industries;
• Coordinated project Team, client management and contractual processes;
• Implemented customer-oriented approach. As a result the company reputation was improved and the number of customers and contracts increased twice on the second year of work;
• "Employee of the Year" - for fair and qualitative performance of contract work as well as taking more responsibility under force majeure, urgent development of new competencies;
• Repeated long-term contracts with the absolute majority of customers.
