Candor Global Services is looking for a Social Media and Marketing Coordinator to join the US based Certitrek Group team.

As a Social Media and Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing a social media strategy and related content to align with marketing goals and maximize community engagement for all business units and the Certitrek brand. Assist the Marketing Manager with lead-generation initiatives.

Desired candidates possess:

• Excellent oral communication skills in English (written and oral)
• Familiarity with the US market a plus
• Ability to work in US time zones Monday-Friday
• Team player
• Coachable

Skills and Competencies:

• 4+ years of design experience
• Experience in managing communities,
• Experience in working with Discord, Twitter, Telegram, Facebook, Instagram,
• Knowledge of Internet marketing key performance indicators (including SMM),
• Experience in content planning and content making

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management: develop a social media strategy to maximize community engagement and brand awareness for all Certitrek divisions and the overall brand; plan and coordinate the social media calendar for all Certitrek divisions and work with the Content Writer to generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily; developing all related graphics.
• Assist with email automation and drip campaigns: own the development and execution of all cold outreach email campaigns for each Division. This includes but is not limited to list management, email design, deployment, and reporting.
• Assist in lead and list management: maintain and manage lead lists in Certitrek’s email platform (currently Active Campaign); uploading the lists and ensuring they are clean, segmented, and automated efficiently for email marketing and sales purposes.
• Video Creation: develop and edit video content such as podcasts, webinar cuts, case study videos, etc.; provide regular updates on video creation with the Marketing Manager.
• Professional development: continuously learn more about the technical processes associated with this role by reading relevant trade journals, researching current benchmark trends and audience preferences, and pursuing relevant certifications agreed upon by the Social Media and Marketing Coordinator’s Manager.
