About The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Community Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing our online community(main focus on alternative medicine), fostering engagement, and enhancing the overall experience of our clients and members. This role requires a strong understanding of Reddit features, regulations in different subs, accounts creation, acceptable posts, engagement and account activity.

Your Role Includes:

- Creating, pumping and tracking the status of accounts;
- Regular activity in the form of posts, comments, upvotes and other interaction with users;
- Other activities on the Reddit site that will contribute to the development of the community;

Key Responsibilities:

- Community Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage our community across various subreddits.
- Content Creation: Produce and curate relevant content to educate and engage community members.
- Support and Advocacy: Act as the main point of contact for community members, addressing their queries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor community engagement metrics and provide regular reports on community activities, growth, and feedback to the management team.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, news, and community management best practices to continuously improve our community engagement strategies.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in community management with Reddit (Twitter and Discord as an advantage), preferably in the health/ alternative medicine sector.
- Strong understanding of Reddit features and moderation tools;
- English B1+ is a must. All communication with users is conducted exclusively in English
- Strong understanding of alternative medicine markets, products, and services.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Proficient in using social media platforms and community management tools.Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.What
