Head of Import (Food Procurement, Керівник відділу ЗЕД)
Location: Kyiv (office)
Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of FTA specialists
Build and maintain long-term EU supplier relationships
Negotiate directly with food suppliers: close high-value/exclusive contracts
Identify and onboard new suppliers; develop company’s sourcing geography
Define and execute the company’s international procurement strategy
Coordinate with logistics and legal teams on contracts and delivery
Analyze market trends, monitor pricing, and forecast supply risks
Requirements
5+ years in international procurement or foreign trade
Hands-on experience in food imports – ideally across European markets
Experience with products under veterinary or phytosanitary control
Fluent Ukrainian; confident English at B2 level or above
Proven track record in closing complex supplier deals
