What are my responsibilities?
- Preparation of contractual documentation, orders, calculations, commercial justifications, invoices, reports necessary for projects execution;
- supporting in the preparation of the commercial part of offers for the supply of products and services provision;
- performing current operations in SAP to support department's projects and month-end closing operations: creating of purchase orders, invoicing, posting acts, creating tax invoices, accruals booking, etc;
- initiation and support of the assignments abroad of the engineering team: initiate and control travel approval process, prepare cost estimations, conduct clarifications between regional entities, coordinate the provision of necessary documents;
- control and economic support of contracts for supply of products and services;
- monitoring the receipt of payments from customers under contracts, tracking the status of receivables;
- participation in the preparation of the company's annual budget;
- preparation of monthly financial results forecasts for various areas of the company's activities;
- proactive participation in maintenance and optimisation of the company's processes.
- ensuring that project activities (commercial part) are conducted in accordance with Siemens Energy guidelines for project execution;
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- At least 1 year of professional experience as economist or financial specialist
- Good English is a must (written and spoken)
- Strong initiative skills, ability to work independently, self-management skills
- Proficient in problem solving, decision making and multitasking
- Knowledge of SAP system would be an asset
