This is how we see the CEO of the Company: 

  • Manage the company’s business as if it were their own;

  • Experience in digital business. Skills in marketing /or development;
  • Experience in the domestic market of Ukraine. Understanding of the issues and specifics of doing business in Ukraine, an understanding of how European markets work will also be a plus;
  • Proactive, focused on continuous improvement of processes and solving challenges, not on one-off tweaking of processes and passive support of the system in automatic mode.
  • Testing the most likely hypotheses;
  • Achieve results, cut off unnecessary, focus on effective cases.

Key areas of responsibility for the position: 

Communicate with the company’s Department Directors on the following areas of responsibility: 

  • Marketing and Branding;
  • IT Development;
  • Finance: Management financial reporting, pricing;
  • Security: Business Security; Communication with Authorities;

Your personal focus on:

  • Development and Strategic Planning;
  • Crisis Management;
  • C-level executive management.

Qualifications:

  • Successful experience of 3+ years in a leadership position in a digital business;
  • Availability of successful business scale-up cases;
  • Experience with digital marketing or IT development;
  • Ability to quickly find common ground with Business Executives and maintain productive communication in the process;
  • Ability to coach company executives to follow established strategies and policies;
  • Ability to assess risks. Have a strategic mindset and experience in project management, negotiating at a senior level.
  • Understanding of marketing and traffic operations;
  • English language.

Functional Responsibilities:

  • Operational management of the company and its international offices (planning, organizing, coordinating and controlling the work of departments);
  • Providing timely, reliable, prompt management reporting to the business owner;
  • Analyzing and further implementation of business initiatives: new activities/projects, acquisition of assets, etc.;
  • Scaling. Developing pricing policies for new company products;
  • Fulfillment of sales plans;
  • Development of measures to ensure financial and competitive stability of the company, risk analysis and assessment; with participation with the finance department
  • Participate in agreement of contracts for economic feasibility and safety, compliance with budgets; Control over timely fulfillment of contractual obligations in the full scope.
