Requirements to candidates:
- Diploma in Finance
- Experience in AP accounting 3+ years
- SAP/ERP knowledge is an advantage
- Communication and team collaboration skills
- Upper-Intermediate English level
- Experience in international companies is an advantage
Main responsibilities:
- Maintain Accounts Payable process in various foreign legal entities
- Process indirect purchase invoices/credit notes (in Coupa)
- Process direct purchase invoices/credit notes (in SAP PDAP tool)
- Perform documents recognition process in respective tool (Kofax)
- Maintain Employee expenses (in Coupa)
- Perform reconciliations of vendor accounts, solve deviations issues
- Maintain month closing tasks, i.e. accruals process, etc
- Various ad-hoc daily tasks
