Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic and visionary Head of Product Management to lead our product management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the product strategy, development, and innovation to ensure Kniazha VIG remains at the forefront of the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company's vision and business goals.
• Implementation of measures aimed at increasing the profitability of the Company.
• Monitoring the efficiency and quality of work of subordinate employees, support, mentoring and providing opportunities for professional development.
• Overseeing the entire product cycle from idea to launch, ensuring timely and quality preparation and high quality standards.
• Conduct market research and analysis to determine customer needs, market trends and competitive environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, underwriting, actuarial and IT to ensure proper product development and implementation.
• Promote innovation by encouraging creative solutions and ideas for new products.

Key Qualifications:

• Higher Education;
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a management position.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Experience in successful product development and management, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Understanding of business relationships and excellent project management skills, preferably with project management certification (PMI, Agile, etc.).
• Experience in a number of projects and programs in the insurance or banking sector.
• High knowledge of product lines of retail/corporate business.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of product creation in the Company.
• Strategic thinking, customer orientation, service standards to satisfy customer needs.

Skills and Attributes:

• Deep knowledge, experience in operational excellence projects, financial analysis preferred.
• Experience in digital product development and technology integration.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Ability to quickly learn, process and analyze large amounts of information.
• Readiness for continuous development and self-improvement.
