About the Role
As our Data Analyst, you’ll be at the forefront, providing actionable insights to drive success across our companies and departments.
You will:
- Analyze performance metrics and generate regular reports.
- Provide custom statistics based on department requests.
- Create additional reports using diverse data sources.
- Participate in the automation and enhancement of our reporting systems.
- Define clear tasks, test implementations, and ensure all requirements are met.
What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on experience with BI tools.
- Strong SQL skills (writing queries with ease).
- Ability to handle large data sets.
- Logical, systematic thinker with a keen eye for detail
- Experience as an analyst in banking or microfinance (MFI) is a bonus.
